“Blanket Of Longing” is arguable the most melancholic song on the album dripping with sorrow and you’ll find yourself singing the chorus part “I just can’t cry anymore” .

I wait for a sign I wander the streets, no purpose, no time I'm nodding my head when saying goodbye Often I go back to that picture of my little boy And I just can't cry anymore He is all a river spilled into the sea In small steps climbing the hill I just can't cry anymore In times of boredom I sail the ship of dreams Enjoy a sweet breeze of gentle fantasy Suddenly it's pitch black and I.

Subterranean Masquerade: The Great Bazaar. In a progressive metal band was formed that would one day release this fine album called The Great liorahealthkunstidumpworktebominere.coinfo doubt those familiar with the prior works of the group in question namely Subterranean Masquerade will not at all be surprised by my favourable impression.

The Great Bazaar is driven by free-flowing hooks and cohesive songwriting yet minutely complex enough for prog-rock/metal fans. From Rush, Genesis to King's X, Anathema and even Mastodon, each and every fan of the aforementioned acts will be highly satisfied with this record. And for me it's already a strong contender for album of the year.

Subterranean Masquerade – The Great Bazaar. Shifting over jewel cases in the basement of a St. Paul record shop I decided to end a rather indecisive night of album browsing upon picking up an EP from an act I was quite unfamiliar with, that act being Subterranean Masquerade. I got into my car, put the CD on and began the drive home.
